From the very beginning, International and American Women of Service was founded on one clear mission: to be accessible — financially and obligationally — for all women. That vision doesn’t stop at our contestants. It extends to the women who step into leadership roles as state, regional, and national directors within our organization.
We believe that directing should be a meaningful opportunity for women grounded in the desire to serve others through mentorship, guidance, and service. For that reason, we have intentionally removed financial barriers that often prevent women from stepping into leadership in pageantry.
✨ There is NO financial sign-on obligation.The only cost is a simple deposit for the state crowns for your delegation — and that money goes directly back into your own program, not to us. We want your investment to build your program and directly benefit your contestants.

Our directors are given the unique opportunity to mentor and guide some of the most accomplished and outstanding girls and women in the world. The women who compete in International and American Women of Service are more than contestants. They are leaders. They are advocates. They are deeply committed to service and dedicated to sisterhood.

Monthly Zoom meetings where our director team connects, shares ideas, and uplifts one another.
An annual Directors Retreat designed to equip, encourage, and celebrate our leadership team.
We want every director to feel uplifted, supported, and encouraged on this journey. Because at the end of the day, you should get something out of pageantry too.
