International Women of Service Organization

The InternationalWomen of Service Organization is a 501c3 non-profit that empowers women and girls through education, leadership development, and a lifelong commitment to service. We cultivate a global sisterhood that inspires compassionate action, encourages active community engagement, and supports personal and professional growth through meaningful service opportunities.

PROGRAMS

International and American Women of Service Pageants

is the premier leadership and personal development program under IWOS.org, designed to empower women and girls of all ages through service, education, and community involvement.

As a values-based pageant and sisterhood, we go beyond crowns and sashes—offering a platform where participants grow as leaders, give back through service-driven initiatives, and build lifelong connections rooted in purpose. Through mentoring, public speaking, advocacy, and charitable outreach, participants are equipped with the tools to become confident change-makers in their communities and beyond.

This program celebrates every woman’s unique journey while fostering a culture of compassion, confidence, and commitment to making the world a better place.

Crown of Service is a community-centered recognition and service initiative of IWOS.org, created to honor women and girls who lead with heart and give back with purpose—regardless of whether they participate in traditional pageantry.

This inclusive program provides a platform for everyday changemakers to be celebrated for their volunteerism, leadership, and commitment to serving others. Through guided service projects, leadership resources, and ongoing mentorship, Crown of Service empowers individuals to create real impact in their communities while proudly representing the values of compassion, courage, and community engagement.

Open to all ages and backgrounds, Crown of Service is a celebration of what happens when we turn passion into purpose—and purpose into action.

Young Women of Service is a youth recognition and leadership program under IWOS.org, designed to celebrate and support young girls who are making a difference through community and civic service.

Open to youth ages 5–17, this program encourages the next generation of changemakers to lead with kindness, take initiative, and become active participants in their communities. Through local service projects, civic engagement opportunities, and mentorship, participants learn the value of empathy, responsibility, and leadership through action.

Young Women of Service recognizes outstanding youth for their dedication to making a positive impact and inspires them to continue their journey as confident, compassionate leaders in the world around them.
